Plundercore is an Irish sound artist based in the Netherlands. His plunderadio mixes are mostly made up of "broken beats" and found or borrowed sounds. He also makes radio pieces using found/borrowed/reclaimed sounds - sounds already in the public domain which may or may not "belong" to anyone.
