前些日子在秋天的塞纳河边踩梧桐树落叶，厚厚的一层直埋到脚脖子。细微而清脆的爆裂声在每一片干枯焦黄的叶面受到挤压后随即发出。脑海里转着5年前放过的一首 irresistible force 混音的 autumn leaves 。你能听到电子音符营造的无数落叶在空中飞舞。那种意境！于是在巴黎碰到每一位朋友都不忘提这首作品。回来发现它最近一次release是作为压轴出现于 ninja tune 去年发的一套双cd加一张dvd ： Zen RMX - A Ninja Tune Remix Retrospective。（补记：该合辑里的版本长7分06秒，好像不是完整版。特别是该版本放到6分38秒后音量突然变小然后草草收场。明显有再次编辑的痕迹。于是寻找完整版，得到的是9分55秒的版本。听下来全曲结构完整，收放自如。最早收录于ninja tune旗下乐队coldcut的1999年的12寸单张autumn leave - Remixes。）
